Please keep the following in mind:
- Faces should not be too small (especially in group photos)
- Use a high-resolution image
- Ideally taken directly from a smartphone or camera
- The photo should be unedited
- Do not use collages

- Screenshots, blurry images, heavily edited photos, poor lighting, etc.

To keep things simple and transparent, we offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.
Shipping costs are $9.95 per order, regardless of order size.
What are the delivery times?
We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers.
Production Time
All orders are produced within 24 to 48 hours after they are received.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
Tracking Information
As soon as a tracking number is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become visible in the carrier’s system.

What is the canvas made of?
Our canvases are made from a specially developed, high-quality polyester fabric and refined with an HP-certified coating, making them ideal for latex printing. The accompanying stretcher frames are made from premium spruce wood.
For printing, we use special HP Latex® inks, which are guaranteed to remain colorfast for 70 years. This ensures vibrant colors and allows for the reproduction of even the finest details.
Since we exclusively use solvent-free inks for ecological and health reasons, please note that the canvases should not be hung in rooms with high humidity (e.g., bathrooms).
