Production Time
All orders are produced within 24 to 48 hours after they are received.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
Tracking Information
As soon as a tracking number is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become visible in the carrier’s system.

Production time is usually 24–48 hours. Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipping status. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder.
If it takes longer, just send us an email and we will check your order.
What size should I choose?

Can emojis and other characters be printed?
Unfortunately, emojis cannot be printed. If inserted, they may be displayed as blank spaces. Which characters (e.g., Cyrillic) can be printed depends on the font used. You can check this easily using our live preview. Characters not shown there will not be printed either.
What are the canvases made of?
Our canvases are made from a specially developed, high-quality polyester fabric and refined with an HP-certified coating, making them ideal for latex printing. The accompanying stretcher frames are made from premium spruce wood.
For printing, we use special HP Latex® inks, which are guaranteed to remain colorfast for 70 years. This ensures vibrant colors and allows for the reproduction of even the finest details.
Since we exclusively use solvent-free inks for ecological and health reasons, please note that the canvases should not be hung in rooms with high humidity (e.g., bathrooms).
What should I do if my item is damaged?
If your item is damaged, you can file a complaint with our customer service. Please send us a photo showing the damage clearly, and another photo showing the entire item. Also let us know if the packaging was damaged, so we can determine if the damage occurred during shipping or production. Please contact us at service@smileposter.co. The damaged product does not need to be returned.
I made a typo. What can I do?
Please email us as soon as possible using our contact form.
To help us locate your order, please include your order number (starts with a hash #) and the email address used to place the order.
If we receive your message in time, we will pause the order and make the requested changes.
If the print file has already been created and sent to our machines, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
So please double-check all your details before placing your order.
