Shipping Costs
To keep things simple and transparent, we offer flat-rate shipping within the United States. Shipping costs are $9.95 per order, regardless of order size.

Delivery Conditions
Currently, we only deliver to addresses in the USA. Delivery to packing stations is not possible due to the size of the packages.

Shipping Time
Including production, your order will arrive within 4-6 business days.

Returns/Exchanges

Each product is individually made based on your personal design and order details. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
